Refund policy

Overview

Because Glycojas produces premium, fresh functional food items (perishable grocery flours), our regulatory refund guidelines are uniquely configured to ensure strict kitchen hygiene standards.

Cancellations

Customers can request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support channel at glycojas@gmail.com. Once an order has been verified, packed, and handed over to our logistical shipping partners, it enters the transit cycle and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Damage Resolution

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of whole-grain blends, we do not accept standard physical returns once the outer safety seal has left our custody. However, your purchase protection is completely covered under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Packaging during Transit: If your flour package arrives torn, punctured, or compromised, take a photo immediately and share it with our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Wrong Items Delivered: If you receive an item variant different from your checkout manifest, we will coordinate an expedited resolution.

The Glycojas Guarantee: Verified claims for transit damages or fulfillment errors are processed within 48 hours of review. A fresh replacement package will be dispatched immediately at no additional cost, or a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method via Razorpay.

Refund Disbursal Timeframes

Once an official refund is authorized by our admin desk, the payment gateway network routes the transaction back to your original payment instrument. The credit reflects within standard banking timelines:

  • UPI Intent (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm): 1 - 2 Business Days
  • Netbanking / Debit Cards: 3 - 5 Business Days
  • Credit Cards: 5 - 7 Business Days
